Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team and Emerging Real Estate Development. The ideal candidate will should have G+12 DM license and Trakhees experience.
Duties
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil construction projects.
- Coordinate and supervise multiple teams ensuring timely and quality completion of projects.
- Lead on-site construction activities and ensure they comply with project specifications and safety standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure completion within time and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
- Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
- Handle any onsite issues or emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to work.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding project status.
Requirements
- Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Civil Construction Engineer or similar leadership role in construction projects in the Dubai, UAE.
- Must be G+12 Dubai Municipality License holder with Trakhees experience
- Hands-on experience in overseeing large-scale construction and fit-out projects in the UAE.
- Should have experience working on G+12 buildings
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) with G+12 DM license holder (Mandatory)
- Proficient knowledge of construction software and tools.
- Familiarity with Dubai municipality regulations and building codes.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of Hindi/urdu would be an advantage.
