About The Role
We are seeking two skilled
Accountants with
1-3 years of experience to join our finance team on a 4-month project. The ideal candidates will assist in financial statement preparation, manage daily financial transactions, and support the year-end financial closing process. We are looking for one candidate with experience using
Microsoft Dynamics ERP and another with
Oracle ERP experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Support year-end financial closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial processes.
- Work on ERP system tasks, with one position focused on Microsoft Dynamics ERP and the other on Oracle ERP.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical equipment industry.
- Hands-on experience with either Microsoft Dynamics ERP or Oracle ERP.
- Proficiency in preparing financial reports and managing daily transactions.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tax preparation and auditing.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
Project Duration
- 4 months, with a potential extension upon prior notice.
