Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound leads from potential real estate buyers and investors.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria
- Provide detailed information about available properties and answer client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team internally to ensure all leads meet the agreed-upon criteria.
- Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into potential buyers.
- Stay updated on market trends and property listings to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Must have own visa
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi
- Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and the property market in Dubai.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
