Elevator Maintenance Technician

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) -

Inspect, maintain, and adjust elevator systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Helping the Installation team & maintenance team for rectifying the snags.
Perform regular safety tests and compliance checks as per industry standards.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues in elevators, escalators, or lifts.
Replace or repair defective components such as wiring, relays, or hydraulics.
Resolve emergency breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain detailed records of service activities, inspections, and replaced parts.
Be available for on-call emergency maintenance as required.
Work with other technicians, engineers, and building management teams to address complex issues.
