Copywriter at JO Academy, you will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media. You will simplify complex IT concepts and trends into digestible content for diverse audiences.
- Develop compelling written content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media.
- Simplify complex IT topics into easily understandable language tailored to diverse audiences.
- Work closely with IT teams, marketing teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and create accurate, impactful content.
- Review and refine content to maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure all content adheres to the company’s tone, style, and branding guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive analysis to create relevant and innovative content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a copywriter, technical writer, or similar role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Proficiency in SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Slack).
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and trends.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of UX design principles is a plus.
