Job Description

  • Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs
  • Be in direct communication with the residents and adhere to their requests
  • Learn the preferences and habits of each family
  • Supervise work at all levels (kitchen staff, maids, drivers, accountant etc.) and set clear objectives
  • Implement policies and procedures and ensure strict compliance
  • Prepare schedules, manage payroll and vacation planning
  • Perform job evaluations and corrective actions
  • Plan, prepare and conduct trainings and keep training records
  • Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance upkeep of the property
  • Direct and supervise external contracted companies, such as facilities management and landscaping companies
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met and executed properly
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events
  • Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners and other vendors
  • Implement emergency plan of actions
  • Be aware of the plans and all technical aspects of the property
  • Maintain an inventory list of all equipment and hold quarterly inventories
  • Ensure all records of maintenance are kept
  • Ensure F&B inventories are in place and orders are placed efficiently
