The Play Attic is a vibrant and engaging kids' playground dedicated to providing a fun and safe environment for children to play and explore. We are looking for a creative and skilled freelance videographer to capture the joy and excitement of our playground through short videos and reels.
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented freelance videographer to create dynamic and engaging video content that showcases the fun and activities at our kids' playground. The ideal candidate will have experience in shooting and editing short videos, particularly in a family-friendly environment. You will be responsible for capturing the essence of play, creativity, and joy that our playground offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to understand the vision and goals for the video content.
- Shoot high-quality video footage of children engaging in various activities at the playground.
- Capture candid moments, interactions, and the overall atmosphere of the playground.
- Edit and produce short videos and reels suitable for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Incorporate music, graphics, and text overlays to enhance the storytelling of the videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand image and messaging.
- Deliver final videos in a timely manner, adhering to deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work, especially with children or family-oriented content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices for video content.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A passion for working with children and creating engaging content.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with drone videography or additional filming techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of child safety protocols and a commitment to creating a safe filming environment.
