Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Printer Operator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in digital printing and a strong background in using designing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other related tools. The role involves operating digital printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and collaborating with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain digital printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Perform color adjustments, image enhancements, and file preparations using software like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Set up printing jobs, including calibration of equipment and materials, to achieve optimal results.
- Inspect printed materials for quality assurance, ensuring alignment with specifications and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printing equipment and software.
- Manage inventory of printing supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishments.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in digital printing operations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of digital printing technologies, including color management and file formats.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with print materials, substrates, and finishing processes is a plus.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
