We are seeking a talented **Interior Designer & Assistant Store Manager** to join our dynamic team. This role combines the artistic flair of interior design with the operational skills of retail management.

Responsibilities:

Interior Design:

•  Conceptualise and design innovative interior layouts for our stores.
•  Create 3D renderings to visualise design concepts.
•  Select furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with our brand aesthetic.
•  Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.

Assistant Store Management:

•  Assist in managing daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
•  Train and develop store staff to provide excellent customer service.
•  Manage store finances, including cash handling and reporting.
•  Utilize POS systems to process transactions efficiently.
•  Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interior design or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on Fridays.
• Fluency in English.
