Job Description
- Bachelor's degree & other qualifications,8-10 years’ experience preferably UAE / Gulf with Engineering Consultant /Contracting companies. Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents, control, prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and forms, control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments, attending calls, taking messages and handling correspondence professionally, maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, organizing and serving meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes),typing, preparing and collating reports, managing databases filing, undertake general receptionist duties when required, advanced user of Microsoft Office etc. Competency to detail & accuracy, ability to handle multitasks and work under pressure, Prioritizing work schedules, Fluent in English with excellent communication skills both (Written & Verbal)- Salary AED 5000 – 6,000 (all inclusive).
