Position: Senior Manager/General Manager

TRS Middle East is working with a prominent distributor of high-grade specialty ingredients, serving various sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, and industrial chemicals across the Middle East and Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies for the group, including a three-year plan for customers, suppliers, and products within the first quarter.
- Drive new business development to achieve sales and margin targets, while ensuring monthly budgets are met through effective ERP reporting.
- Oversee logistics for trading activities and ensure compliance with credit control policies, QHSE standards, and legal regulations.
- Provide regular sales analysis to management, update sales prospectuses in the CRM, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications: - A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in bulk commodity chemical trading, specifically in industrial chemicals, detergents, plastics, polymers, and food products.
- Extensive knowledge of the Middle East market; familiarity with the African market is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Senior Manager, General Manager, or Chemical Engineer role is required.
