Job Description: Secretary

We are looking for a full-time secretary to join our team and support daily administrative and organizational operations. If you possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and can perform well under pressure, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules for meetings and appointments.
• Organize and document files and records in a systematic and accessible manner.
• Prepare reports and official correspondence.
• Answer phone calls and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up on incoming and outgoing mail and manage office supplies.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in secretarial or administrative work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Basic knowledge of time management and meeting deadlines
