We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.

- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, captions, stories) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Monitor, track, and report on key social media metrics, analyzing performance and optimizing content for better reach and engagement.

- Stay up-to-date with current trends and emerging social media features to ensure innovative strategies.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency and coordinate promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring creative ideas to the table.

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe photoshop, Illustrator).
