We are looking to hire for:

Position – Group Legal Advisor

Location – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Law

Nationality – Any Nationality

Language skills - Arabic language And English.

Gender – Any

Experience: 7-10 years of experience as legal advisor in UAE in reputed company or group of companies or legal firm.

Other qualities

- Must have excellent knowledge of laws prevalent in UAE,

-Must be outgoing personality with a flare of meeting people.

-High on negotiating and convincing skills.

-Should be a go – getter while representing company in court and client negotiations.

-Must have strong follow up skills and litigation skills for recovering company’s bad debts

Job Responsibilities:

· Practicing preventive law, providing legal advice and assistance to management and internal departments

· Drafting, reviewing and revising contract documentation, including tender documentation and ensuring it is qualified in the best interest of the company

· Providing support, advice and guidance as necessary to the members of the project teams and senior managers on legal and contractual matters on projects, in both main and sub-contracts

· Instructing and supervising external solicitors in litigation and other legal matters concerning the company’s business.

· File and follow up all civil and criminal lawsuits and submit all memos at Courts.

· Attend the court hearings, arbitration, pleadings, and expert meetings

· Recover company bad debts through litigation mode.
