Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Business Analyst at PATRON Technologies in Amman. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to drive successful projects.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges. Elicit and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Determine which processes are most in need of redesign by analyzing current workflows and identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or outdated practices.
• Act as a point of contact between business units and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into system specifications, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet business needs.
• Create detailed documentation such as SRS, business requirements, user stories and process flows.
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
