Motif Interiors is actively seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site operations for fit-out/ construction projects based in Abu Dhabi , UAE.

Role Overview .

The Construction Manager will oversee all on-site operations for fit-out/Construction works, ensuring that all construction activities are as per the layout design, You will be responsible for managing the project’s Manpower, budgeting, legal documentation/permits, and ensuring project is completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications.

· Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

· Residential experience – Candidate should have experience in Managing construction projects for Villas or similar works,

· Fitout experience is a plus

• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, finishes and systems.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations , permitting processes .

· Software Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., MS Dynamics, and MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Certification in HSE or similar is a strong advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively address challenges and make sound judgments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
