Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in metal ceiling and cladding systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to clients in commercial and residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets for metal ceiling and cladding products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and distributors to foster long-term partnerships.
• Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product specifications, installation methods, and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our metal ceiling and cladding solutions.
• Proposal Preparation:
• Create and submit accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for projects.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with client specifications.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape related to metal ceiling and cladding solutions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market opportunities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Customer Support:
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to any issues related to metal ceiling and cladding products.
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and successful installation of products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or technical sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of metal ceiling and cladding products, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
