Accounting Manager

Education & Experience :


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA certificate is mandatory.
  • Minimum relevant accounting experience of 7 years, 3 of them in managerial position
  • Preferred Prior Audit Experience.
  • Key Accountabilities:


    • Manage the company books of accounts to ensure compliance with local laws & regulations and with International Financial Reporting Standards and sound business practices.
    • Timely and accurate provision of financial information to top management, and other relevant internal and external bodies through collecting, analyzing, summarizing the accounting information and applying excellent skills and knowledge of accounting and reporting requirements to support effective management decision making.
    • Review the company’s financial statements, group financial statements and reporting package to France Telecom to ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with laws & regulations.
    • Manage the annual audit and periodic reviews performed by the Public Accountants to ensure effective audit results.
    • Developing and implementing adequate provisioning policy to ensure fair presentation of financial statement.
    • Develop, enhance, and implement the Accounting Department’s budget, goals, policies, procedures and controls.
    • Manage and approve daily accounting operations, cash disbursements and end of month closing process to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
    • Ensure that all banks’ transactions (deposits, payments, interests, transfers, etc.) are reconciled accurately, within the Group policies & procedures
    • Ensure timely and accurately issuance and control of the financial guarantees issued from JTG and in accordance with the Group policies and procedures.
    • Day to day management of the department and ensuring that objectives are established and communicated, monitored and reviewed to ensure high level of performance.
    • Coordination with other JTG departments to ensure that actions are complete, accurate, timely and relevant financial information available.
    • Review, document & digitalize the current processes design and ensure optimized processes and control procedures.
