Responsibilities

Interact with customers in the branch.

Determine eligibility for company products by comparing client information to requirements.

Review customer applications according to company procedures.

Handle cash transactions, account for it, store and dispense cash in accordance with legislation requirements (issue money, receive payments).

Prepare necessary packages for loans. Handle loan disbursement and other cash transactions related to loan maintenance and repayments.

Apply all company security and accounting procedures.

Ensure every transaction is documented.

Promote company products and educate customers about the financial services industry.

Provide support to customers by answering questions and providing information.

Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Accomplish sales targets.

Solve customer problems and escalate them when necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Creativity and passion.

Good verbal communication and listening skills.

Strong persuasion skills.

Customer service and sales capabilities.
