Job Description
The core purpose of a Customer Service executive is to provide excellent customer service and support to customers They are responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and concerns from customers. Their main objective is to ensure that customers have a positive experience with the company and are satisfied with the products or services provided. In addition, Customer Service executives may also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, foster loyalty, and promote the company's reputation for excellent customer service.
Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our customer database
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
Stay up to date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Meet or exceed customer service performance goals and metrics.
Support front desk operations and support during day and mainly in busy periods.
Work with attraction specialists to ensure systems are operating as they should, provide extra hand when needed.
