Job Purpose:
Provide technical and policy training through classroom instruction, practical exercises, and e-learning to ensure mechanics and maintenance personnel meet regulatory requirements and are prepared for their roles.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction for approved Basic Training Courses to groups and individuals at various levels.
- Assess practical skills of students enrolled in EASA/CARC Part-147 approved Basic Training Courses.
- Instruct students according to the Part-66 syllabus, adhering to the Company Authorization Record.
- Produce effective course materials for curriculum delivery and contribute to teaching material development.
- Maintain accurate records of student work, attendance, and behavioral standards in the learning environment.
- Stay updated on technical, procedural, and regulatory information to ensure current training practices and revise materials as needed.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Technical Engineering Degree in a related field.
- Completion of an instructional techniques course.
- B2 Licensed holder or completion of all B2 Part 66 exams.
- 8 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, including 3 years as an instructor.
- Strong knowledge of Part-66/147 rules and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Effective public speaking and communication skills in group settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel.
