B2 Instructor

Job Purpose:

Provide technical and policy training through classroom instruction, practical exercises, and e-learning to ensure mechanics and maintenance personnel meet regulatory requirements and are prepared for their roles.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instruction for approved Basic Training Courses to groups and individuals at various levels.
  • Assess practical skills of students enrolled in EASA/CARC Part-147 approved Basic Training Courses.
  • Instruct students according to the Part-66 syllabus, adhering to the Company Authorization Record.
  • Produce effective course materials for curriculum delivery and contribute to teaching material development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student work, attendance, and behavioral standards in the learning environment.
  • Stay updated on technical, procedural, and regulatory information to ensure current training practices and revise materials as needed.


Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Technical Engineering Degree in a related field.
  • Completion of an instructional techniques course.
  • B2 Licensed holder or completion of all B2 Part 66 exams.
  • 8 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, including 3 years as an instructor.
  • Strong knowledge of Part-66/147 rules and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Effective public speaking and communication skills in group settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel.
