  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using ERP system.
  • Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a balanced cash register and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
  • Enter and manage data related to sales and inventory in Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Assist in generating financial reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
