We are looking for a Cloud Services Officer to join our team.
You will help capture customer needs, design tailored solutions, and provide technical support throughout the sales process. This role works closely with Account Managers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Account Managers and partners to identify new business opportunities and generate revenue.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their technical and business requirements.
- Present cloud and ICT solutions to customers, highlighting key benefits.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Assist the sales team by providing pre-sales expertise during meetings.
- Design solutions that meet customer needs using our service offerings.
- Create detailed proposals, including solution descriptions and cost estimates.
- Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and communicate our value.
- Ensure proposals meet deadlines and are accurate.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop joint solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in cloud services, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and basic networking concepts is a must.
- Ability to design and present technical solutions.
- Experience writing proposals and responding to RFPs is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, and KVM is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies.
- Good written communication skills for technical documentation.
