Global Exchange Jordan LLC. (Located at Queen Alia International Airport) is seeking to hire:
A Full-Time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
@Global Exchange Group is a Spanish multinational company founded in 1996 – Specialized in Foreign Currency Exchange Services – The company is One of the World Leaders in the sector, and operates in 24 Countries in 5 Continents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with currency exchange transactions, including buying and selling foreign currency.
- Provide information about exchange rates, fees, and available services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Promote additional products or services offered by the exchange company.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and updates related to currency exchange and financial services.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Attention to details and accuracy in processing transactions
- Ability to deliver High-Quality Customer Service
- Ability to deal with cash transactions
- Effective communication in English is a must.
- Ability to rotate and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and overnight hours.
- Previous experience in retail stores is highly valued.
- Work permit for Jordan.
