Exciting Opportunity: Deputy Team Leader

Join our team at SAJDI, a leading Jordanian consulting engineering firm with more than 50 years of experience in water, wastewater, and environmental projects. We are seeking a Deputy Team Leader with the following qualifications to work on one of our water projects:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Proven experience in both design and construction supervision of water and wastewater infrastructure.

• At least 10 years of professional experience primarily in construction supervision for water and wastewater systems.

• Experience in administration of FIDIC based contracts.

• Comprehensive understanding of procurement regulations

• Strong English communication and reporting skills (oral and written);

• Excellent organization and administrative skills with great attention to detail.

• Advanced computer skills in Teams, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file sharing.

The Challenge:

As a Deputy Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring all work complies with established standards and regulations. This role involves coordinating with various project stakeholders, addressing and resolving issues swiftly, and maintaining thorough documentation and reports on project progress.
