Delivering a social innovation curriculum that leads adolescents through a process of identifying, understanding, and attempting to solve challenges in their communities, and support adolescents to discover their talents, through mobile labs which will deliver lab curriculum at all Centres.
Core Responsibilities:
- Preparing printing training material and stationery for the training program.
- Submitting training material and stationery for trainers.
- Monitoring and reviewing technical reports for the training sessions and sending them in their final form to the Training Manager to keep him continuously informed.
- Coordinating and following up with projects to ensure the success of training programs.
- Providing logistical support for external training (coordinating with suppliers to provide stationery and printing manuals) to ensure the training is fully executed.
- Providing administrative support for the sector for all its needs to ensure the smooth execution of training programs and tasks.
- Coordinating bookings of training rooms based on internal requests to facilitate the implementation of training programs.
- Assisting the trainers during the implementation of the training program.
- Following up with the trainers and project about the registration attendance sheet.
- Documenting the training documents.
- Registering the attendees who attended the training on the system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial, electrical engineering or Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
- 0-2 years.
- Previous experience in entrepreneurship / and ventures implementation working on applications development, website management, coding, media production.
- Experience in training and coaching
