Minimum 5 years working experience at MEP
Creating detailed HVAC drawings based on project requirements and specifications.
Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet client expectations.
Reviewing and revising drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes.
Maintaining organized files and documentation for all HVAC projects.
Assisting in the preparation of material take-offs and cost estimates.
Participating in site visits and meetings to gather information for designs.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Communicating effectively with team members and clients to address any design issues or changes.
Working efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality drawings.
Adhering to company standards and procedures for drafting and design work.
