Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and online databases.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our products/services.
Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the target customer profile.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with qualified prospects for the sales team.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively engage with potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and marketing department to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategies and campaigns.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Motivation: Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
