Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer at Shepherd Technologies in Amman, Jordan. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for market research, marketing, communication, social media marketing, and sales activities to drive engagement and visibility for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and online advertising.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve campaigns and strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
- Communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
- Market Research and Communication skills.

- Up to 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
