Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Business Partner to lead data initiatives and analytics use cases that drive business value. This role will serve as a critical liaison between IT and business units, ensuring alignment and effective communication to foster a data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both business needs and data management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Data Initiatives: Identify and define data initiatives and analytics use cases that align with business objectives.

• Objectives & Guidelines: Establish key objectives, guidelines, and requirements for data initiatives and analytics use cases.

• Supervise Implementation: Oversee the implementation of data-related initiatives, ensuring they meet established goals and quality standards.

• Performance Monitoring: Assess and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data initiatives and processes to gauge effectiveness and drive improvements.

• Guidance & Support: Provide direction on data-related activities, resolving critical requests and issues as they arise.

• Policy Implementation: Support the adoption of data management, governance, and analytics policies and processes across the organization.

• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate the limitations and capabilities of data and technology to stakeholders, fostering understanding and collaboration.

• Cultural Change: Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for progressive change, bridging the gap between IT and business functions.

• Approval Management: Ensure that all necessary approvals are obtained for data initiatives and related activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or Data Science

• 2-3 years of leadership and management experience in a relevant business field

• Deep understanding of business data and analytics.

• Extensive knowledge of business and technology issues related to data management.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proven experience in data management, governance, and analytics.
