Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage phone and email communications. Additional responsibilities include assisting with executive-level administrative tasks, clerical proficiency, and assist in regulatory and compliance documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
• Receiving and forwarding correspondence and telephone calls.
• Handle requests and inquiries appropriately.
• Manage notes and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Making travel arrangements and completing reservation procedures.
• Follow up on office supplies and submit requests periodically.
• Preparing reports, presentations and summaries.
• Arrange and maintain office filing system.
• Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by his immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements:
• A diploma in executive secretarial or office management or in a specialty that suits the needs of the work.
• 5 years of practical experience in the position of administrative assistant.
