We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data Analytics team in Al Ula, Al Madinah, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as the role involves regularly presenting findings to senior management and key stakeholders. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex data analysis projects from start to finish.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data for thorough analysis.
• Develop and apply advanced analytical models and techniques.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Present findings clearly and concisely to senior management and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain data governance and quality standards.
• Mentor and train junior data analysts to build team capability.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
• Experience with statistical analysis using Python or other relevant tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
