We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. As an IT Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our IT solutions and services, including software, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Solution Selling: Understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services to meet their requirements.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations to clients.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
