Capital Bank of Jordan is looking for Integration Software Engineer (Middleware), will be responsible for develop and maintain integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange and communication between various software systems and applications within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and other software engineers to understand integration requirements. Design integration solutions that facilitate data exchange, process automation, and system interoperability.
• Develop, test, and deploy integration components, connectors, and APIs using appropriate integration technologies and frameworks. Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of integration solutions.
• Implement data mapping, transformation, and validation processes to ensure consistent and accurate data flow between systems with varying data formats.
• Design and develop APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) that expose the functionality of integrated systems and applications for internal and external use.
• Implement error handling mechanisms and logging functionalities to identify and resolve integration issues promptly. Set up monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the availability and performance of integration processes.
• Optimize integration solutions for performance and efficiency. Conduct load testing and performance tuning to identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Implement security measures, including authentication, authorization, and encryption, to protect sensitive data during integration processes. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, database administrators, and business analysts, to ensure successful integration between systems and applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration design specifications, deployment guides, and process flow diagrams.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to identify and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineer with a focus on integration development.
