**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced **Senior Operator** specializing in **Distributed Control Systems (DCS)** to join our team. The Senior Operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the DCS, ensuring efficient process control and monitoring within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DCS operations, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Operate and monitor the DCS to ensure the optimal performance of control systems and processes.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DCS functionality, alarms, and process deviations.

3. Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance activities and system upgrades.

4. Implement process changes and optimizations to improve system efficiency and reliability.

5. Provide training and guidance to junior operators on DCS operation and best practices.

6. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the DCS to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

7. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to implement system enhancements and modifications.

8. Participate in incident investigations and contribute to root cause analysis for DCS-related incidents.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in DCS operations is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DCS operations and process control.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for DCS and control systems.
• Proficiency in process optimization and control system maintenance.
