We are seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. He/she will be responsible to boost the social media presence of our organization. He/she creates and executes and plans digital marketing strategies to inform, advertise, and attract public interest. He/she handle the organization's social media accounts, where monitor comments and interact with the social media community.
He/she will work with the marketing team in the cluster office to ensure that all content meet brand standards and effectively communicate the unique selling points of each property.
The ideal candidate will have passion for writing, a strong creative flair and excellent communications skills. He/she will work on planning advertising campaigns, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales and implementing marketing campaigns for social media.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement social media content and execute a results-driven social media strategy.
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Attend events and produce live social media content.
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and best practices.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Review analytics and create reports and insights.
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
Work collaboratively with each property to understand their content needs and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Passion for social media and proven social media experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
