Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:


Reach out to potential and current customers, delivering compelling product information using well-crafted scripts.

Uncover customer needs through insightful questioning and expertly close sales.

Keep the lines of communication open with customers - from scheduling meetings to addressing their evolving requirements.

Set and surpass sales targets, continuously striving for excellence.

Execute sales strategies during negotiations and seize every opportunity to up-sell.

Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships, built on trust and reliability.

Maintain an active opportunity pipeline, with a knack for sealing deals.

Engage customers through product demonstrations, showcasing the value we offer.

Provide regular reports and insights to the Sales Team Leader for process optimization, bundling, and valuable customer feedback.


Qualifications:


3 years' experience in E-Commerce, SaaS sales, or service sales.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and similar software tools.

Familiarity with relevant computer programs, including CRM software and telephone systems.

A strong self-starter who also thrives in a team.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

A genuine passion for technology and the excitement of contributing to a fast-growing SaaS company.

Cool under pressure, handling rejection with grace.
