Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Two years admin experience
- Office management & customer service experience.
- Knowledge and experience in graphic design
- To be self-directed & have organisational & problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual - Fluent in Arabic and English
Other Requirements
- Own visa - husband or father sponsorship
- Should have Bachelors degree

- Day to day running of the office
- Professional and friendly handling of reception & inquiries
- Administrative support to other team members
- Scheduling and preparation for meetings
