Position Purpose

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives, promoting the mall's unique brand, and ensuring consistent engagement with our target audiences. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop, implement, and monitor effective marketing campaigns that align with company's vision of exclusivity and elegance.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring bilingual communication (Arabic and English) across all media.
• Content Creation: Create and manage compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing, in both languages.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance company's brand image by ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Event Marketing: Coordinate and promote events, exhibitions, and promotional activities hosted by the mall, ensuring maximum audience engagement.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic planning.
• Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to increase footfall, enhance customer experience, and promote loyalty programs.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage company's social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc., in both Arabic and English.
• Advertising & Media Relations: Manage relationships with local and international media outlets, overseeing the placement of print, online, and outdoor advertising.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as retail and operations teams, and liaise with external partners including PR agencies, advertising agencies, and media partners.
