Role Description
A talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in our success, at the forefront of our sales process, engaging with our partners and prospects, understanding the unique cybersecurity challenges, and guiding them through AXON's comprehensive cyber resilience framework, alongside our team of experienced cybersecurity specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and other channels like LinkedIn.
- Lead Generation: Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads, providing post-event support and growing relationships.
- Qualification: Understand customer needs and requirements, utilizing MEDDIC and BANT sales methodologies.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads within strategic enterprise accounts.
- CRM Management: Track all activities in our CRM system and ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account executives, marketing, and technical delivery to achieve shared goals.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in a BDR role at a technology-focused company is a MUST.
- Basic knowledge of the data industry (databases, applications, etc.).
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and quotas.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a proactive learner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure remote environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google search, or any other social/sales tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in research and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level personas.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Previous experience in IT sales, sales development, or sales support is a MUST.
- Experience working with Cybersecurity partners and customer.
