Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs.
Assist buyers in finding their ideal homes and guide sellers in marketing their properties.
Conduct property viewings and showcase features effectively.
Provide expert market analysis and pricing strategies.
Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 1 years experience in sales , sales consultation for a property management, real estate or any related field.
Proficient computer skills including the MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software easily
Ability to multi-task, manage, and prioritize workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism and ability to build excellent relationships with clients and coworkers.
