Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our software solutions, specifically Hospital Information Systems (HIS). The role requires excellent sales skills, including lead generation, negotiations and relationship-building, as well as the ability to conduct meetings and presentations effectively.
Duties and responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for HIS software solutions. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present software solutions. Engage in negotiations with prospective clients to close sales deals. Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and reports. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Work with the implementation team to ensure successful project implementation. Continuously update knowledge of software products and industry developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's required
Master's optional
Driving license and car is a plus
Experience:
Proven experience in software sales, particularly in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS)/ERP.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively. Proficiency in HIS/ ERP/ CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
