As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for selling clothing.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with potential customers.

Provide potential customers with accurate pricing information.

Listen closely to customer needs and customize promotions to meet their specific requirements.

Closing sales by overcoming objections and convincing potential customers to choose our company's products.

Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Document sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward goals in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify opportunities for improvement in operations and share best practices.

Requirements:

Previous direct sales experience desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

High school diploma or equivalent required
