Training Coordinator-1450

Coordinating external training and coordinating and following up with projects to ensure the success of training programs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Preparing monthly plans for training programs to ensure they are executed as required.
  • Monitoring and reviewing technical reports for the training sessions, and sending them in their final form to the Training Manager to keep him continuously informed.
  • Coordinating and following up with projects to ensure the success of training programs.
  • Coordinating external training logistics (venue, hospitality, stationery, printing, and copying materials) to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Handling financial claims (training, workshops, consultants, cash advances), including purchase requests, Coordinating with suppliers, and purchase orders, to ensure training plans are implemented according to policies and procedures.
  • Writing official letters when necessary.
  • Developing a database of specialized independent trainers to ensure a reliable reference.
  • Preparing agreements for independent trainers upon the request of the Training Manager and following up on agreements with the legal consultant, as well as ensuring the necessary signatures are obtained to proceed with the agreement.
  • Coordinating bookings for the organization's training rooms based on internal and external requests to facilitate the implementation of training programs.
  • Coordinating internal sector meetings and writing meeting minutes.
  • Following up on workflow with internal departments (Human Resources, Administrative Affairs, Information Technology) Concerning the Training and Consulting Sector to ensure the work proceeds according to plan.
  • Documenting the database of implemented training sessions monthly and sending it to the Training Manager and relevant departments to keep them continuously informed.
  • Documenting, reviewing, and following up on the financial matters related to the sector monthly, and reviewing them with the direct manager to avoid any financial violations.
  • Providing logistical support for external training (coordinating with suppliers to provide stationery and printing manuals for training) to ensure the training is fully executed.
  • Providing administrative support for the sector for all its needs to ensure the smooth execution of training programs and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or any related.
  • Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken) Years of Experience.
  • 3-5 Years of experience.
  • Experience in training and coaching.
