Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage sales trends, historical data, and market intelligence to develop and maintain bullseye-accurate inventory forecasts.

• Collaborate with procurement to ensure seamless replenishment, optimizing inventory levels and preventing stockouts.

• Analyze inventory age and implement strategic solutions to minimize obsolescence and excess inventory.

• Partner closely with sales and marketing to understand promotional activities and their impact on demand.

• Utilize inventory management software to meticulously track inventory levels, movements, and key performance indicators.

• Continuously refine inventory policies and procedures to streamline efficiency and reduce costs.

• Generate compelling reports and presentations to communicate inventory performance and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a high-performing inventory planner or in a similar role, preferably within the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.

• Sharpened analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.

• Mastery of inventory management software and proficiency in advanced MS Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across departments.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks with ease.
