Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural detailing, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of design documents. You will work closely with project teams to enhance the quality and precision of architectural details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and develop technical details for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed drawings and specifications.
• Conduct thorough analyses of materials and construction methods for effective detailing solutions.
• Provide technical advice during design development and construction phases.
• Assist in resolving design and detailing challenges with practical solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, structure or related field.
• 15 - 20 years of experience in architectural detailing and design.
• Strong proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
