Job Description

• Manage the entire proposal development process for EPC and EPIC projects, from initial opportunity assessment through to final submission
• Develop comprehensive and persuasive proposals that align with client requirements, project objectives, and company capabilities for both EPC and EPIC projects.
• Create and execute effective bid strategies to secure new business opportunities in the EPC and EPIC sectors.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of Request for Proposals, Requests for Quotes, and Invitations to Tender to identify key requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Facilitate team meetings, manage resources, and assign tasks to ensure effective collaboration and efficient proposal development.
• Create and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
• Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with client requirements.
• Develop high-quality and persuasive proposal sections, including executive summaries, technical approaches, and management plans, tailored for EPC and EPIC projects.
• Conduct proposal reviews to ensure that all elements of the proposal are complete, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.
• Implement quality control processes to review and refine proposal documents before submission.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors to support proposal efforts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the proposal process.
