Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations and achieve OTO’s goals;
• Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists to ensure high performance and productivity;
• Monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with OTO’s objectives;
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking for the operations department;
• Maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure quality service delivery;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform operational strategies;
• Act as a liaison between OTO’s senior management and operational teams, providing regular updates and recommendations;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and OTO’s policies;
• Provide guidance and support to resolve complex operational issues;
• Serve as a key decision-maker in operational matters, prioritizing resources and initiatives;
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operations;
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements;
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of our operations team and track progress towards strategic goals;
• Conduct data analysis related to all AGG DC operations;
• Work in collaboration with the Customer Success Team Members to ensure satisfactory customer satisfaction;
• Track and report on operational performance;
  
  

Requirements:

For this role, it is essential that have

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
