Job Description

Planning & Organizing:

  • Recommends improvements in methods, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction.

Operations:

  • Displays good teamwork attitudes while working in a team for major Preventive Maintenance repairs or service works
  • Be willing to train and instruct other members of the staff by passing along knowledge and skills.
  • Creates an atmosphere of tranquility amongst the team.
  • Complete the daily checklists as required.
  • Executes all plumbing and associated works to the highest professional standards
  • Performs the assigned tasks ensuring their implementation while working independently.
  • Acts on issues and concerns in the plumbing field immediately.
  • Control the stock and other items in his workshop and order more as required.
  • To have a complete understanding of and to adhere to Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
  • Follow the grooming standards and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times
  • Be aware of the a la carte services available to residents and skillfully up sell them as a preferred supplier
  • Attend departmental briefings
  • Work with PPR plumbing
  • Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of the hotel.
  • Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
