Salary: AED 5,000 - 7,000 per month (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Christmas Pop-Up Shop at the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai. The pop-up shop will offer an array of elegant Christmas products aimed at bringing festive charm and sophistication to customers' homes. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the pop-up shop.
- Supervise and support sales staff, ensuring they provide outstanding customer service.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and festive atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and compliant with company policies.
- Handle cash management and end-of-day reporting.
- Assist with the setup and takedown of the pop-up shop.
- Conduct staff training and development to enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
- Clear communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to commute to Mall of the Emirates, Dubai, or planning to relocate before the start date.
